Mcfarlane Movie Maniacs 5 Jason X Action Figure Review !!!!

Hey there i'm back with another review and check this out !!!! It's the Mcfarlane toy review .... which has always been my favorite from the very past when these toys were released almost a decade ago. It was a craze at that time and i had bought a few of these figures because they were extremely similar to the movies itself. The artwork in Mcfarlane was one of the best for the movie based action figures at that time as nobody ever made an attempt to produce the toys. Well almost a decade later this is the review which i wanted to show all of you for a very long time.

And let me present you now Jason X the tenth installment from the Friday the 13th Movie Franchise.

Look at how cool Jason is above !!! Well things to take note for this particular action figure is that it isn't fully poseable !!! The joints around the arms and shoulders are fixed positions and even his feet and legs can't be moved. This toy was actually more of a display piece in just certain angles so it was meant to be made that way. And these toys aren't for kids really.

The Chrome metallic on his left leg as you can see is one of a unique look on the figure. As you can see it's partially covered with Jason's Flesh and the difference and combination painted for both is really awesome.

Jason X was more of a Metallic Cyborg looking killer in this Tenth installment of the franchise and it's one of the best characters to be ever produced for the movie and to be made as a toy as well.

The black colored pants on his right leg symbolises Jason's old look before he became the new cyborg looking killer. It really differentiates his looks both ways.

From the rear view of Jason you can see his posture complete in an angle which was supposedly the killer pose he did when he swings his slashing knife !!! 

As you can see from the picture above he even has the combined look of the half metallic body with his old body with the black colored clothing on his abdomen parts towards the chest as well. The clothing also has the torn look combining with the metallic form as well .... and it blends nicely with his body.

Another awesome accessory with Jason X is this movie poster replica from the Movie itself and a display stand which comes with it. You just have to put the poster piece with the display stand . The poster also shows the slashing knife in the center and  showing the 2 faces of Jason with his old look with the hockey mask on the left and the new metallic look on the right. 

Jason's head has the burnt rotting look with his flesh sticking out from the metallic mask on his head !!!!

This is one awesome detail which is simply depicted very well with this figure from Mcfarlane !!!

And as you see above this is the knife which come with Jason to make this pose i have done for the display.

Well you will see the various types of ways i have done the poses for Jason with this Knife. Check it out !!!!

The Next few pictures below are some of the outdoor poses i took in the form of making him look so real !!!

And the last look is the close up of our favorite killer with the Hockey mask. Look at even the eyes .... they are made so real and you would never imagine this was a toy !!!! I even thought this guy looked so real as an action figure.Like i said art is something which is so important to make a something like this so real !!!! And Mcfarlane has done just that !!! Salutes !!!

Mcfarlane toys Metallica 3D Album Cover Master Of Puppets Review !!!!!!!

Hello there people i am now reviewing my ongoing collection of toys from Todd Mcfarlane which i bought some time back but i'm now going to review as i think it's cool to review Todd Mcfarlanes toys as it is an attitude of it's own.Well this toy is no more in production and it's rare as it is obsolete now.

I have always loved toys from Mcfarlane as he had created many type of Music related toys which were rock related music and most of those music bands or artists were my favorite.So as a collector i decided to buy all the music related figures and review them here. Starting with this which is an album cover art of Metallica's Master of Puppets Album and it's brought to life by having a 3D effect on the cover.No cd's or vinyls are included with this toy though.

Yup just look at the album cover art above it's just awesome looking when you see it in close up. The Album Cover art is really an exact replica to the actual Album cover based on Metallica's Album dated back in 1988.

As you can see above the sides of the Album Cover has the Album's name,model number of the toys manufacturer as well.

The back of the album cover on the top is a small hole which enables you to hang this piece if art. You just gotta get a nail on the wall to get this to set in.

The rectangular piece on the center actually enables you to pull it out in 45 degrees to lay it on a table or on top of your desktop.

As you can see above there is a slant towards the front bottom part of the Album cover showing the grave soil with the tombstones. The soil in the ground looks so real. That is one of the most unique authentic design art which i have ever seen.

 The above picture is the arms of the Metallica album cover holding the strings towards the gravestones.

The strings are very carefully attached finger to finger in a single angle connected to the gravestones.

This is another featured art which is really awesome.

As you can see above this is the close up of the Metallica band logo and the fingers.

Metallica's wording is very smooth flowing according to the album cover and the fingers have very intricate details of the nails and the wrinkles of the skin.

These are all hand painted i guess and you gotta admit it's just fantastic.

On the right side of the album cover as you can see above is the Army soldiers helmet. The Helmet is practically pasted to the gravestone. So do not attempt to remove it !!!!

And as you can see above the strings are carefully attached to the gravestones very carefully and pasted to the gravestones as well.


The Fern and grass designs are painted and designed on the gravestones as well.

The center part of the gravestones spots a dog tag attached to the gravestone and it dangles loose. But it can't be removed as well as it is being blocked by the string.



Well with that i shall end this review of this awesome toy.

Go get your Metallica 3D Album Cover art from Mcfarlane before it's gone forever. As far as i am concerned this is already long not in production and it dates back to 2003 when this was produced as a toy.


Most of this are only subject to availability if any collectible shops are selling it or collectors like me.

This toy is for any True Metallica fan and a person who loves this album as well. Which i definitely do, with that cheerzz people and i will be back with more awesome reviews.

Mcfarlane Movie Maniacs Series 2 Child's Play 2 Chucky Action Figure !!!!!

Dear people recently i have been collecting all the old toys which i had sold way in the first place before. Well this time i got the memories back again and i am collecting all these old classic toys again to kindle my childhood all over again. And thanks to Mcfarlane i have them. These are the old movie toys from the 80's to the 90's which i had while i was growing up and i had to have this classic called Chucky !!!

Yes you heard me right Chucky !!!! Well this version is the one from the 90's Child's Play 2 movie which had a special attachment to my heart. Always loved Chucky so now i have him for my own and i am here with my review of him !!!

Yes people this is the awesomely evil and sick looking Chucky.

Okay horror and sickness aside just look at the awesome articulation and details of this action figure from Mcfarlane. Chucky looks so real like what he was in the movies as well.

You would actually think this is actually him !!!!

The Sneakers and the overall he is wearing are all very well painted and detailed. I really like this as a display piece in my shelf to show my future generation of toy lovers what 90's movies and toys were like.
